SCHEDULE
(опись, перечень; расписание, таблица, график) 1. Приложение к законодательному акту. В Великобритании часть законодательного акта парламента, помещаемая в конце текста и содержащая дополнения к его основным положениям. 2. Одна из нескольких шкал ставок подоходного налога, ранее являвшаяся частью первоначального закона о подоходном налоге, а в настоящее время используемая для классификации различных источников дохода в целях налогообложения. Некоторые из шкал в отдельных случаях дополнительно разбиваются на подразделы. Существует следующая основная классификация шкал: Шкала А-рента с недвижимости в Великобритании; Шкала В-доход с промышленного лесоводства; Шкала С-проценты, выплачиваемые государственными организациями; Шкала D, подраздел 1-прибыли от коммерческой деятельности; подраздел 2-прибыли от занятий профессиональной деятельностью; подраздел 3-проценты, не облагаемые налогом по другим шкалам и подразделам; подраздел 4-доход от иностранных ценных бумаг; подраздел 5-доход от собственности за рубежом; подраздел 6-прочие доходы и прибыли за год; Шкала Е, подразделы 1, 2, 3-заработная плата лиц наемного труда, в том числе руководящего состава (подразделы вводятся в зависимости от гражданства и местожительства налогоплательщика); Шкала F-дивиденды, выплаченные британскими компаниями. 3. Сопроводительные документы, прилагаемые к налоговой декларации либо к расчету налога. 4. Шкала тарифных ставок. 5. План деятельности некоторых предприятий, особенно план, содержащий расписание событий по времени.
